Children can accept and understand so much more than we give them credit for.

I find that many of us in life do not really "know" the story of what is going on.

I am an outcast because I have chosen Jesus and the Holy Spirit to be my comforters, along with the lack of desire to understand things, including the effects of PTSD. But I am blessed.

Each child of mine recalls things differently and the same goes for the children born to my parents, not to mention them and their siblings.

I think your comment here is worthy of contemplation and discussion. Children deserve a solid foundation to build on.
