…rimarily about the mind, quieting the mind so we can experience reality more clearly, more vividly. When we do this, we can make contact with our 13-year-old inside. Then our mundane, everyday reality becomes new and fresh.

I called the one I found inside through meditation "the observer" that part of me that is eternal and can make the best decisions about how I experience this lifetime.
