I Have Come a Long Way

I did not get to where I am today without processing a lot of life’s challenges, and I know; neither did you.

One step

(or one mile)

at a time;

life is a journey.

Even though destiny seemed to declare that it was not possible.

I have found peace and purpose.

The kind that

comes from a

Divine Connection.

Not the kind that the world gives us.

Having put in the time and effort, (10,000 hours easily) not to mention “running the gauntlet” to find the golden grail; I feel I have been rewarded.

I truly believe that we are to find the Atonement, in the here and now, by forgiving the brief belief in separation from God, that was the original error.

Accepting this truth, puts us in a position to forgive everything and everyone, because all that is not of God, is not real.

It also puts us in awareness, of the traps that we lay for one another while we still live in the confused illusion of separation, which can only breed fear.

No longer willing to look at this world with “rose colored glasses”.

Nor desiring to find another way to

“cover up” or “excuse”

the wrongs in the world,
