I hear a culture difference.

And everyone IS their own culture because of their experiences and personality.

YOU quit listening. That shows what is wrong with the company.

You should have recorded it so that others could have listened as well and reviewed it.

Time is money is the mentality and human growth and expression is not.

This needs to change.
