I would suggest that proactive EQUALITY attitudes and procedures be taught rather than looking for racial deficits.

The idea of race needs to be secondary to all interactions and EQUALITY be the PRIORITY.

I know that this seems negligent because of a "restitution" that we think needs to be paid but I plead for and universal ideology of EQUALITY because we cannot undo error that has occurred, but we can prevent it with pro-active education.

I will add that any degree of inequality or lack of human dignity is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
