My pc would not let me respond in the original post so I am attempting here. Dear Nomanono, I was reflecting on the tears that I cried as I read your story. I wondered if my tears could help lift your sorrow, but they cannot do that, only you, by reaching inside to your faith in your value and worth can truly ease your pain. Does that mean I should not cry? No. Compassion and the witness of sorrow, allows me to grow and embrace our unity. Too often people fear empathic responses thinking this will weaken them, but I think it lifts us to a higher place, or better still to a remembrance of who we are as One Whole Creation, and not the divided individuals we think that we are. (I am sorry I did not get back to you earlier.) I do not know if that made any sense. I think on a level most people do not even want to go. I am so grateful for your healing and for your willingness to share your journey. It makes me feel close to you. Thank you. ❤
