My thoughts* on ACIM Urtext Lesson 326 for 22 November 2023

I am forever an Effect of God.

* God, in HIS TRUEST “FORM” IS WHAT YOU ARE.

1. Father, I was created in Your Mind, a holy Thought that never left its home.

* Never, because it is not possible.

²I am forever Your Effect, and You forever and forever are my Cause.

* Nothing else could be real.

³As You created me I have remained.

* Despite the stories we have told about ourselves, actually throughout many lifetimes, for many of us.

⁴Where You established me I still abide.

* Our forms are not what we want to get wrapped up in. We want to wrap our minds around the idea that we are the Thought of a Son in the Mind and Will of God and that we are identical to Him individually and that collectively we are even as He IS.

⁵And all Your attributes abide in me, because it is Your Will to have a Son so like his Cause that Cause and Its Effect are indistinguishable.

* (Like I said… It will become an “automatic knowledge” within you as you walk in Spirit.)

⁶Let me know that I am an Effect of God, and so I have the power to create like You.

⁷And as it is in Heaven, so on earth.

⁸Your plan I follow here, and at the end I know that You will gather Your effects into the tranquil Heaven of Your Love, where earth will vanish, and all separate thoughts unite in glory as the Son of God.

* I am moving into this state of mind. It can feel like I am leaving others, yet, I am only letting go of the stories they tell themselves and lean into the confidence of who they truly are as the Holy Spirit directs me pertaining to engaging with them.

2. Let us today behold earth disappear, at first transformed, and then, forgiven, fade entirely into God’s holy Will.

* If one is to be true to the rest of the course teaching and those of Jesus, one would need to say that illusions disappear and the stories that we have interwoven among ourselves; that society as Christ is seen and allowed to have expression in life as a fully functioning and worthy individual and society.
