My thoughts* on ACIM Urtext Lesson 329 for 25 November 2023.
I have already chosen what You will.
I have already chosen what You will.
One could say, “I chose the second place to gain the first,” instead of “Lesson 328 I choose the second place to gain the first.”
* I like this a lot. It means that I really don’t have to spend a lot of time wondering IF I choose God or not. I already have which is known by virtue of my existence.

1. Father, I thought I wandered from Your Will, defied it, broke its laws, and interposed a second will more powerful than Yours.
* And how could God BE God if that were the case?
²Yet what I am in truth is but Your Will, extended and extending.
* I am God’s Will. So are YOU. Wherever your story is at the moment!
³This am I, and this will never change.
⁴As You are One, so am I one with You.
⁵And this I chose in my creation, where my will became forever one with Yours.
* As I relax into this knowledge after accepting the atoning/undoing forgiveness of the Atonement my life gently moves into a more serene and gentle place. This was not until I went through several years (3 ½ ) of needing to witness and be willing to let go of negative “pacts” that were in existence in my interpersonal relationships.
⁶That choice was made for all eternity.
⁷It cannot change, and be in opposition to itself.
⁸Father, my will is Yours.
⁹And I am safe, untroubled and serene, in endless joy, because it is Your Will that it be so.
* Do not freak out over the “awareness phase.” You are not in danger. It is eternally impossible. Even though it may seem heartbreaking or excruciatingly painful. That is just not possible in the Reality that IS God.
2. Today we will accept our union with each other and our Source.
²We have no will apart from His, and all of us are one because His Will is shared by all of us.
³Through it we recognize that we are one.
⁴Through it we find our way at last to God.
* Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

* Free stock photos. One thing that helped me to grow out of the mental traps that the ego had set for me in this lifetime and throughout many others was to take note of what was being thought, asking if it was correct or what I wanted to think and then making note of what I wanted to say to myself. Journaling also helped me to see my progress, along with things I wanted to overcome and eventually did.
