My thoughts* on ACIM Urtext Lesson 346 for 12 December 2023. I Will See God’s Love in ALL Things When I See Christ’s Innocence Through the Atonement
Today the peace of God envelops me, and I forget all things except His Love.
* I cannot say how lovely it is to have these daily lesson reviews to share as they give me prompts of Spirit that allow me to stay balanced and on course with the choice I have made to live in the Atonement.
1. Father, I wake today with miracles correcting my perception of all things.
* “Those miracles” happen to be my witness that God IS and that All that I see is Christ, including myself.
²And so begins the day I share with You as I will share eternity, for time has stepped aside today.
* Amen.
* Although I still live amongst those who still believe in time’s bondage AND I still have habits and rituals that embody the idea of separation which the Holy Spirit will allow me to be untangled from.
³I do not seek the things of time, and so I will not look upon them.
* That would be grudges, competition, stories of distress and mistrust, and so forth.
⁴What I seek today transcends all laws of time and things perceived in time.
* This would be embodying the peace that passes understanding, the happiness at the freedom and innocence of the Son of God, and the joy that accompanies living in the witness of God and His Son.
⁵I would forget all things except Your Love.
* God’s Love is exemplified or shown in the experiences of joy and celebration for life that the Son experiences as He rejoices in God’s Reality and Presence.
* THIS happens every day in everyday things.
⁶I would abide in You, and know no laws except Your law of love.
* Do not worry when you make a mistake here. God is Guiding you through the Holy Spirit.
⁷And I would find the peace which You created for Your Son, forgetting all the foolish toys I made as I behold Your glory and my own.
* Nothing will be of greater value to you than HIS peace because we are ALL cared for within it.
2. And when the evening comes today, we will remember nothing but the peace of God.
²For we will learn today what peace is ours, when we forget all things except God’s Love.
* This is a peace that comes subtly from within and becomes something that no circumstances can disturb. It is a gift from God. Listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit enhances the witness (knowledge or acceptance) of God’s Love.
