My mind is part of God’s. I am very holy.

* Online dictionary description: holy (adjective) · holier (comparative adjective) · holiest (superlative adjective)

1. dedicated or consecrated to God or a religious purpose; sacred:

“the Holy Bible” · “the holy month of Ramadan”

• (of a person) devoted to the service of God:

“saints and holy men”

• morally and spiritually excellent: “I do not lead a holy life”

That is what we believe though it is not so because there is nothing outside of God’s Will or God.

All of those that we worry about ( like our children or grandchildren, or those who are hungering after war and power tripping) will be led out of the dark by the Holy Spirit when they are willing to receive the Truth about who they are as well.

This realization will eventually come to everyone.

We ARE on the verge of seeing a mass awakening to the truth to who we are.

It will come as we let go of the myths and rumors that we have been told about God, Christ, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and receive the witness within that we are all one within the Godhead as THAT is all that we COULD be.

* I was considering it today and told my companion that it is like artificial intelligence; humanity created artificial intelligence and it has the ability to “BE” yet without the creators of it there would not be any such thing and BECAUSE True Creators will only share what they are and THIS ALONE is the SECURITY and CERTAINTY of what they are. God is our Creator and His Essence and Attributes are the ONLY things that WILL EVER BE REAL BECAUSE HE IS GOD. ~ Okay, this is a bit “fuller” than what I talked about this morning. Lol, such is the way of testimony and growing understanding.

1. Today’s idea does not describe the way you see yourself now. ²It does, however, describe what vision will show you. ³It is difficult for anyone who thinks he is in this world to believe this of himself. ⁴Yet the reason he thinks he is in this world is because he does not believe it.

* Please read that again, slowly. This goes for anyone. Those who appear to be doing well and those who do not.

* The reason he thinks he is in this world (OF CONFUSION AND CHAOS with death and destruction appearing real) is because he does not believe he is a part of God as The Son of God and Wholly Within God.

2. You will believe that you are part of where you think you are. ²That is because you surround yourself with the environment you want.

* This is where I am shifting my mind to deny anything but Heaven within my thought processes. To do this I do not deny what is wrong in the world, but I do bring it to the light and those that do not want to see Heaven yet shy away from me. I still see them in their confusion though and offer them up to the witness of the Holy Spirit and every blessing they are willing to receive for themselves.

³And you want it to protect the image of yourself that you have made. ⁴The image is part of this environment. ⁵What you see while you believe you are in it is seen through the eyes of the image. ⁶This is not vision. ⁷Images cannot see.

* The caricature that you have made of yourself will not be able to see God as your true self may, will, and in fact, does.

3. The idea for today presents a very different view of yourself. ²By establishing your Source it establishes your Identity, and it describes you as you must really be in truth.

* Your Source is God, people. It could be NOTHING ELSE because NOTHING ELSE has EXISTENCE.

³We will use a somewhat different kind of application for today’s idea because the emphasis for today is on the perceiver, rather than on what he perceives.

4. For each of the three five-minute practice periods today, begin by repeating today’s idea to yourself, and then close your eyes and search your mind for the various kinds of descriptive terms in which you see yourself. ²Include all the ego-based attributes which you ascribe to yourself, positive or negative, desirable or undesirable, grandiose or debased. ³All of them are equally unreal, because you do not look upon yourself through the eyes of holiness.

* People teach “I AM STRONG, ALL POWERFUL, UNLIMITED, AND CERTAIN.” But it has NO validity because you do not see yourself through the Eyes/Vision of God’s EXISTENCE.

5. In the earlier part of the mind-searching period, you will probably emphasize what you consider to be the more negative aspects of your perception of yourself. ²Toward the latter part of the exercise period, however, more self-inflating descriptive terms may well cross your mind. ³Try to recognize that the direction of your fantasies about yourself does not matter.

* This could be the concept where the RUMOR that there is no such thing as Right or wrong came to be.

⁴Illusions have no direction in reality.

* Whether our lives seem content and comfortable or chaotic and full of confusion and abuse or neglect is what it is speaking about.

⁵They are merely not true.

* The fact is that these are only stories that we have made up about ourselves from our impression or false understanding of our reality in existence and this is not just for one lifetime either. But for all the times we have duped ourselves and from what I understand that can be a few or many.

* Again, please understand that this concept DOES NOT MEAN that moral conduct is not to be sought for and expressed. Nor does it mean that mistakes cannot be made and corrected.

6. A suitable unselected list for applying the idea for today might be as follows:

²I see myself as imposed on.

³I see myself as depressed.

⁴I see myself as failing.

⁵I see myself as endangered.

⁶I see myself as helpless.

⁷I see myself as victorious.

⁸I see myself as losing out.

⁹I see myself as charitable.

¹⁰I see myself as virtuous.

7. You should not think of these terms in an abstract way. ²They will occur to you as various situations, personalities and events in which you figure cross your mind. ³Pick up any specific situation that occurs to you, identify the descriptive term or terms you feel are applicable to your reactions to that situation, and use them in applying today’s idea. ⁴After you have named each one, add:

⁵But my mind is part of God’s. ⁶I am very holy.

* Do you see how GOD’s Existence IS an intrinsic part of the Course message?

8. During the longer exercise periods, there will probably be intervals in which nothing specific occurs to you. ²Do not strain to think up specific things to fill the interval, but merely relax and repeat today’s idea slowly until something occurs to you. ³Although nothing that does occur should be omitted from the exercises, nothing should be “dug out” with effort. ⁴Neither force nor discrimination should be used.

9. As often as possible during the day, pick up a specific attribute or attributes you are ascribing to yourself at the time and apply the idea for today to them, adding the idea in the form stated above to each of them. ²If nothing particular occurs to you, merely repeat the idea to yourself, with closed eyes.

* Remember that even if you walk with the Guidance of the Holy Spirit a review of the Course Workbook material can bring greater understanding. I would encourage keeping a journal for recording your understandings at this time, recorded daily as much as possible for consistency.

(ACIM, W-35.1:1–9:2)

  • The Free Stock Photo is a good representation of Jesus’ analogy in A Course in Miracles of the ego’s idea of existence versus BEING in the Presence of God and His Love and Light.

Till next time, God bless, debi.
