My thoughts* on Workbook Lesson 256, for September 12, 2024. God is the only goal I have today.
God is the only goal I have today.
* Amen, to know His Will and be in it. And to know that He is going to show me how His Will IS MINE.
1. The way to God is through forgiveness here.
* I find “here” the interesting word. “Here” being in the mental confusion of the ego or separation mentality. IN FORM, as I forgive the belief in the possibility of separation from God (which includes ALL that is REAL), I am able to receive the instructions from the wholly Spirit to undo the incorrect thinking that has come from this belief.
* I do have to clear the slate entirely though and let go of any grudge or idea that I do not allow God to be a part of.
²There is no other way.
³If sin had not been cherished by the mind, what need would there have been to find the way to where you are?
⁴Who would still be uncertain?
⁵Who could be unsure of who he is?
⁶And who would yet remain asleep, in heavy clouds of doubt about the holiness (*WHOLENESS) of him whom God created sinless?
* This is not a question about two possible REALITIES. It is a question of REAL IN GOD as His Son or not REAL. “Holiness” is NOT something that Jesus taught but something that the disciples and those who came after came up with so that the idea of hierarchy and INEQUALITY could be promoted.
⁷Here we can but dream.
⁸But we can dream we have forgiven him in whom all sin remains impossible, and it is this we choose to dream today.
* We must do it for ALL OF CREATION, understanding that ALL OF CREATION IS CHRIST.
⁹God is our goal; forgiveness is the means by which our minds return to Him at last.
2. And so, our Father, would we come to You in Your appointed way.
* By being His Son which IS ALL THAT IS, SEEN AND UNSEEN, and ALL THAT COULD EVER BE.
²We have no goal except to hear Your Voice, and find the way Your sacred Word has pointed out to us.
* THIS is the embodiment of the wholly Spirit. The HIGHEST level of each component of Christ and the Father, Himself.
