Let me remember that there is no sin.

* Of course not, but it sure sounds like there is to the people I know when I question how things are done. I understand why they would think I want to say everything is wrong, but it is not that everyONE is WRONG, it is that God is NOT IN THE PICTURE because CHRIST HAS TAKEN OVER. Hate seems justified and then trickery and all sorts of cruelties seem justified as well.

* Worshipping Christ is not worshipping GOD.

* I know it says that when you see the Son you see the Father but the Father cannot be acknowledged by SOLELY SEEING THE SON and THAT is what we are doing today.

1. Sin is the only thought that makes the goal of God seem unattainable.

* The IDEA that ANYTHING could EVER OCCUR that was not in the Will of God would make God NOT be God.

²What else could blind us to the obvious, and make the strange and the distorted seem more clear?

* This has been misunderstood for 50 years to mean that there can be NO WRONG DOING or MISTAKES and that is FALSE.

* The mistake occurs with the idea of separation from God and that He is not in us and we are not OF Him right N O W.

* To point out an error is a sign of love but it is seen as a sign of attack BY THE EGOIC MENTALITY that sees YOU AS SEPARATE FROM GOD.

³What else but sin engenders our attacks?

* WHEN SOMEONE SAYS WE COULD DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY OR WE COULD LIVE IN A HEALTHIER AND MORE ABUNDANT WAY, AND WE SEE THIS AS SAYING WE ARE WRONG. THAT’S WHAT.

⁴What else but sin could be the source of guilt, demanding punishment and suffering?

* What I mentioned is but a part of believing in sin.

⁵And what but sin could be the source of fear, obscuring God’s creation; giving love the attributes of fear and of attack?

2. Father, I would not be insane today.

²I would not be afraid of love (*God), nor seek for refuge in its opposite (hate).

³For love can have no opposite.

⁴You are the Source of everything there is.

⁵And everything that is remains with You, and You with it.

* Can I repeat every one of the sentences in number two, please.

(ACIM, W-259.1:1–2:5)

Till next time, God bless, debi.
