Pedophilia and rape is kept quiet because there are still many, many, many that are experiencing such situations.

The world as it is does not offer reasonable assistance to the victims or rehabilitation for the perpetrators because we do not understand who we are, what we are, or anything about our physical, psychological, emotional, or spiritual environment.

We need God's assistance but not as ordained by some part of humanity. It has to come to all and through each and every one of us. Until then, none of us are truly safe or free.
