Member-only story
Scribed Nov. 3, 1967, Urtext, A Course in Miracles, page 471 My review*
* I wrote this up some time back and instead of reviewing and taking my mind off of my current assignments, I thought I would just post it. I believe I did it when I started reading John Winthrop’s Sermon on Christian Charity. Flies were everywhere but I was not living in my car at the time.
~ I did glance at it and I believe Father held it back for this time. Please remember that what I share that is ‘disturbing’ is something that I know has no basis in reality.
The grace of God rests gently on forgiving eyes, and everything they look on speaks of Him to the beholder.
* Yes, I see God in all things. Even the fly that I want to swat with the fly swatter.
He can see no evil; nothing in the world to fear, and no-one who is different from himself.
* No evil, only confusion.
* Peace and Rest are mine because I know that God IS.
* We are each equally part of the Son of God.
* This could be easily misunderstood, “… no-one who is different from himself.” We are not speaking of anything in the story here. It is referring to the energy that is the Son of God/Creation Itself.
And, as he loves them, so he looks upon HIMSELF with love and gentleness.
He would no more condemn himself for HIS mistakes than damn another.
